Throughout the two days we aim to ensure that there are many things for you to see and do. Within the showground there will be competitions taking place. These include a Rabbit Show, a Dog Show, the Shetland Pony Club and Carriage and Horse Driving. More details on the Rabbit and Dog show’s are available on the competitions page.

New for this year is the Field Sports Area. Here we will have instructors available for you to try your hand out at a range of country field sports. Available will be Falconry, Archery, Shooting, Gun Dogs and Fly Fishing. Instructors will be around to let you have a go at one of these sports for just £10. Also on hand will be experts for you to discuss your problems in these fields and to help you solve them.

Also new for this year will be the Food Court, sponsored by a Taste of Bedfordshire. We are hoping to attract local food producers who will be selling products made and grown in the area. Why not treat yourself to some local food?

Our usual team of volunteers will be on site, demonstrating traditional working crafts. These enthusiasts endeavour to keep these old crafts and skill alive in today’s modern world. The Craft Fair tent will also have many hand made gifts and unusual items on sale.

If shopping is your thing then you will want to take time to walk around the many trade stands. There will also be plenty of catering units available for you to keep the inner person happy. Children will be captivated by the arena events and other things that can be seen around the show.
